I loooove this Mr. Hero & have never gone to any other location. I like to call ahead & they have it ready right when I get... there. The owner is so kind. They accidentally made me a 7" instead of a 10" & they gave me an extra 7" for free. Been goinghere for a good 25 years & that's the only time a mistake was made. Read more
My father n I have been coming here for years.. This is the only one we will go to.. It's always clean .. The cook cleans grill... after every order.. The owner n his wife are awesome people love them.. My dad passed a couple of months ago. But I will stillcontinue to go there ??? Read more
I was with my friend who speaks Arabic. When we sat the lady behind the grill was talking and laughing, the old man on the... cashier joined her in laughing. I jokingly said to my friend that they were probably laughing at us, and he said that they werein fact making fun of us. I?ve never seen my friend so visibly annoyed. He exchanged words in Arabic with the old man aftercollecting the food, and the old man started to backtrack once he saw he understood Arabic. He said that they were laughing atan earlier customer, not us. Wether or not they were being truthful, they should never laugh at any customer regardless. I willnever support this location again. My Mr. Hero is in Lakewood, Ohio. I have been going to my Mr.Hero since the current operator took over. The store is always... impeccably clean, and the staff is well trained. It's fun to watch the rhythm, and their moves. Most of all the sandwiches areconsistent, with fresh ingredients. When I decide to go to My Mr. Hero I know what I'm going to spend, and how long it's goingto take, and most important that it's going to be fresh and good! Read more
