The guy at the counter obviously had no interest in customer service, rude and abrupt. I haven't gone to Mr. Hero in a very long... time and now I remember why. I wanted a cold sandwich, they cooked it, I was really looking forward to the waffle fries but theytasted like they were made the day before in old grease. I don?t eat much Fast Food. But I love my Roman Burgers. I have been served by this exceptional person in the past. But after... yesterday I have to leave a review. You don?t get good Customer Service like this. He?s tall and handsome and should probably bein a suit. However he?s the best customer service I?ve had anywhere. What he does for a living cannot be compared to anythingbecause you can tell he?s on it. I went across the street for a shake after ordering my food. When I came back this nicegentleman was waiting. I didn?t get in the door hood and he handed me my sandwich. I just wanted to give kudos to thisrestaurant I?ve always received good service here. And please keep up the good work.
