Take out experience. We love the food. Service today was terrible on a take out experience. Did to massive delay, we... cancelled. After visiting a loved one in Beachwood Ohio at a rehab center, before we left the parking lot, we had ordered mealsfrom peppers to feed our family. Upon ordering we were told that it would be ready by 6:35. We arrived slightly before thestated time, and my wife was told just a few minutes. The 3-month-old and 2 and 1/2-year-old were already tired and upset whichis why we ordered well in advance. Lo and behold, 6:50 came around and no food. Kids in the car were in full blown meltdown, wewere told it would be another 10 minutes, we had no more time had to cancel our order. Read more

This place has gone down hill since I was a kid, I used to live on the same street, we got their pizza a few times a month, back... then it was great, now it's trash. Their "garlic bread" was is basically toast with cheese and very little to no garlic. Read more

Went to Peppers last night with another couple. Food was excellent and nice portion sizes. Can especially recommend the Fruti... di Mare and Lasagna. The other couple had pasta with Pesto and also commented that it was good. A nice little neighborhoodplace. Owner was very friendly and server did a good job. Plan to go back and try other dishes Read more

Nice place located in Lakewood, Ohio. Dinner started off somewhat bad because I watched our server go to another table that was... seated after us before she came to our. Then the plates on the table was dirty. Next the wine glass I was given had red lipstickon it. She apologized for the dishes an glassware being dirty. Our appetizers we ordered was really good. Really enjoyed theentree's we ordered too. I would come back an give the restaurant another try. Read more

Pizza and house bread was great! Cheesy bread was burnt but still tasty. Sticks were amazing! Cute little restaurant.

My husband always spoke about Pepper?s when we were dating. It was the place that most resembled his own mothers cooking. One... day he decided I was special enough to share in his special placed where they served his comfort food. I know that one time theline outside was long as we waited for 5 pm to hit so that they?re doors opened to let us in. A second time we were there andwere seated quickly, a few minutes later the place was packed. On this visit we got there and no one was waiting. There was oneother couple, we were seated quickly. We ordered our food. A little time passed and people began to come in. It was full. It?s asmall place. Long story short my husband started to eat and you can see on his face that he was not happy. The sauce no longertaste the same. My food was bland. We got the bill and felt that it was a bit expensive for what we ate. Although I just tasteda piece of chicken and packed the rest to go. My observation: Pro?s - The young ladies there were nice. It was full of people,so it still has it?s following. Many families and couples. Con?s - Young lady asked how are good was and walked away before wecould respond. The music playing did not give the restaurant an ambiance. Would have been nice if they played Italian music.Even if it was a song or two. Would be nice if they had Italian bread or garlic bread. I heard afterwards that they are undernew management. I wish them the best of luck. As for me and my husband I don?t think we will return. Read more
