Typically love this place but it is NOT ALLERGEN FRIENDLY. Items are labeled as vegan/vegetarian but when I called to ask about... said items they advise they are made with milk. I breastfeed a baby with a severe dairy intolerance who had a bad allergicreaction after I had one of the soups labeled as vegan. Not sure if this company just doesn?t understand what that term meansbut this is extremely dangerous to people with allergies. Read more
For the best soups in Cleveland, look no further. Ive yet to have a bad experience at this place. The soups are rich and hearty,... the salads fresh and plentiful and the toasted cheese is divine. Add that to the friendly crew and you have a winningdestination for lunch or dinner! I can't recommend this place enough! Read more

Ever since I discovered this place I go weekly. It's delicious, I've never had a bad experience. My salads are always so green... and fresh. I feel like this place is what Panera strives for except this is half the price, and twice the quality! The staff isalways very friendly as well. Read more
i recommend going to the one in kamms, they are amazing there! this is the only time i?ve been to this location and i don?t... think i will be back. it was just okay, and for the price i just don?t think it was worth it, my $9 salad barely had anytoppings and the soup was only filled 2/3 of the way. it seemed like we were a burden to the woman working today and she wasn?tfriendly at all and seemed like she just wanted us to leave. shoutout to my guys at kamm?s though! wonderful food just didn?tget the food quality or service i normally receive at kamms. Called to place an order, guy on the phone was super rude but I let it go because they seemed busy. One of my coworkers ran to... pick up my food, I?m 39 weeks pregnant and it?s a bit of a walk, she told them my order, paid, and was handed a bag, assumed allthe food was in the bag because no one told her there was more food she was waiting on, so she left. She got back and part of myorder was missing, I called up and same guy, super rude, answered the phone, I calmly explained I didn?t receive the grilledcheese from my order and his actual words to me were ?yea well we were cooking it and she just left? please tell me how she?ssupposed to know that the bag of food you just handed her didn?t have all the food we ordered inside it if you didn?t tell her?!Go to pick up said grilled cheese, it?s handed over only in foil, when asked for a bag it?s rudely shaken out and handed toover and then the food is practically burnt. Cool. Worst customer service. Only reason I?m giving it 2 stars is because the foodis still good but lose that rude guy who can?t handle stress. Toxic. Read more
I tried this place for the first time today & I ordered an 8 oz of jambalaya it was amazing & very filling & came with a big... bread slice. The price is very good! Can't wait to come back & try the other soups. Side Note: (they have Sriracha chili sauceon hand for those of you like me who love to add spice to your soup) love it ???? Read more
