Hours posted say drive thru AND dine in are until 10pm. Weird. Because I just showed up and the doors were locked just after... 9pm. Sad when places like this can't handle their jobs and have to cut corners haha. Can understand if they were understaffed orsomething like that, but that unfortunately is not the case. First time back here since I worked at this same location almost 10years ago. I can see ownership/management has not improved.... Shame. Read more
Thank you!! Our experience at this Carl?s Junior was great!! I mean, we almost always enjoy the food. But this time was even... better than usual. Why? Just the great customer service of our drive thru attendant! Not only did he specifically read backeverything clearly to me, he was just very kind. Made sure we had everything we needed. And even though they were out of thekids toy, he was completely upfront about it. He explained why, which was outside of his control. Super thankful for his energyand kindness. We enjoyed our visit to Carl's Jr. The food was good and fairly typical for a fast food burger restaurant. The prices were a... little high, but all food prices seem to be going up fast. The service was outstanding and the drive-thru employee was so niceand upbeat you could tell they really enjoyed their job. Read more
If I could, id give this place no stars at all. Asked for just ketchup and mustard no cheese on my burger NO MAYO AT ALL and... made that very clear, but got a burger with cheese, pickles, and onions DROWNED in mayonnaise. Wouldve been a waste of time andmoney driving BACK to the place when I dont even live near that area. Didnt even give me my fries either but charged me for it.Horrible service woman didnt even give me straws with my drink until I asked. Read more
Um.... I visited twice, the first time I had ordered the double charbroiled cheeseburger, it was SO GOOD!!! A few days later I... decided to go back and get another one, half way through the burger I noticed there was a barcode print on my bun (the burgertasted different compared to the one I had before that) i was very unsatisfied, ended up throwing away ALL of the food Iordered.. they could've at least switched the bun with one that didn't have numbers printed on it before they gave it to me....cmon now, REALLY!!?? Worst experience ever paid 20 for a burger fries and soft drink and the fries were cold they didn't get the burger right so... basically I paid for garbage if I wanted a whopper I would have gone to BK and it would've have atleast been cheaper by halfcan't believe this place is able to stay open I mean they put fries on my burger omg do they even know what they are doing!
