Awesome southern food. The owner is super nice and is in the process of opening his permanent restaurant. The temporary service... is ran from a food truck in the parking lot where the permanent place will open.\n\nIf the food is this fantastic out of thetruck, I can\'t wait to see what they do with a full kitchen at their disposal!\n\nI had a Catfish poboy with fries at lunchtime on a Friday and it was delicious. The only thing missing was that New Orleans French bread but other than that, it was justlike having ordered it from one of those great places on the southern Louisiana coast. (I grew up just north of New Orleans)Everyone with my party raved about their own different meals and are looking forward to their next visit too.\n\nThey have agood variety of choices for being in a truck. Everything is made to order and fresh.\n\nThey\'re only open a few days/weekcurrently so make sure you check their schedule and hours.\n\nI can\'t wait for them to open the permanent site, I think that\'saround the end of this month.\n\nThe dining was outside or takeout only when I was there but they also offer catering.
