I absolutely love this place! Everything is fresh and the staff is friendly. It's a little on the pricey side but I feel like... you have to pay for quality. Have always loved Jersey Mike's but this was awful. The bread tasted old and the meat had a sour taste and even the oils had an... odd twang. For the high price of these sandwiches, the ingredients should be better. Read more
This location of Jersey Mike's was phenomenal!! Well mannered, trained employees, that knew how to read body language, they... weren't pushy, and really seemed like they enjoyed making our order. Sandwiches were well put together, and although theadditions selection was minimal, it was exactly what's needed in a sandwich, and freshly prepared. Not to mention,delicious!! The restaurant was very clean inside, and outside along the sidewalks. I would definitely recommend this location!! Read more
Jersey Mike's really let me down this time. I don't typically eat here a lot just because I think that their sandwiches are so... overprices. However, when I have eaten here the food and service have been exceptional. That was until yesterday. For therecord, the service was good as usual but the quality of my sandwich was so far under standard that it will be quite some timebefore tempt fate again and return to Jersey Mike's in Lakewood. The bread was as hard as an old shoe and the lettuce was dryand wilted. (the freshness and crispness of the lettuce makes or breaks the sandwich for me.) I noticed the lettuce even as thesandwich was being made, but I figured that the usually great bread would save the day. If this ever happens again I guess Iwill just have to get my sub fix from somewhere else. I figure a sub is an easy meal to get right. Good quality meat and thenfresh bread and veg. Sandwich was great. This was my first time so I didn't really know what to expect, ordered 2 sandwiches and had 2 people in... front of use. The staff was awkward and way to playfully with each other which added to the wait. A person that came in after mehad got her sandwich first, the couple before me go served their sandwiches at separate times "decent wait between" which as weall know sucks lol. Pretty meh sandwich for 10 bucks and 875 calories for the lightest offering. The majority of the menu is 1000 kcal and higher,... just for a sandwich. Staff was alright, tho the store wasn't busy but wasn't really clean. Read more
We were greeted, right away when we got in. We ordered our food they asked what we wanted on the sandwiches, and when we sat... down 2 out of the 4 sandwiches were good.....but the other 2 well if I can say not up to a Jersey Mike's standard were verysad....too much lettuce on the #26-Bacon Ranch Chicken and the #20 Grilled Pastrami Ruben did not have enough meat...I wouldhave to say it will be a long time before we will go back to this location.
