My shoes stuck to the floor. The fries were old. 90% of the tables hadn't been sanitized since the last customer ate. The... women's bathroom was in a very bad state. Tp and god knows what on the floor (also sticky). The smell was awful. And they forgotmy friends fries at first then gave her a different size than she ordered. All in all... Absolutely worst location. Employees are beyond rude , my food was just thrown into the bag , cheeseburgers unwrapped. When... mention it to employee she got loud and unprofessional and rude. When mentioning it to manager she just laughed it off. Willnever return to this unprofessional location. Food was also stale and cold. Do better. All of the employees have the worstattitudes and should not be working fast food and customer service. Hit or miss. Some days they are quick to give food well and accurate. Other days they forget items or the food is not very good.... The line does take long in the drive through but it?s because it?s the only McDonald?s in the area before you get to the nextone. I gave it a 3/5 just because of time waiting and because you don?t know if your order will be accurate and have to checkbefore you leave. If I could give 0 stars I would. This McDonald's has the WORST ATTITUDE EVER, is the WORST I?ve ever ate/bought from. Drive thru... Service is THE WORST!! At cash out she gave us the card and no receipt, we asked if that?s all and she never answered. We leftto the second window and we were told our card declined and they had to run it again. Food presentation and preparation gets a0. Asked for fresh fries and they gave us old stale fries. Extremely bad experience, NEVER going to this Mcdonals. Read more
This place is disgusting there was not a single table in the entire restaurant that did not have garbage on it Ketchup apps on... the floor and if you wanted to use the restroom to clean your hands before you ate forget about it those people in there doingGod knows what and the staff just couldn't seem to care less. And although I understand that the youngest generation uses then-word in a non offensive way still does not seem like you should have to hear it 20 times coming from back where they're makingyour food. This place used to be the "good" McDonald's in the area but the last few times it's been ridiculous. The lines are SO slow and... the orders are frequently wrong. There were only 3 cars ahead of me and it took literally 20 minutes in line and then I didn'teven get my whole order but by the time I realized it I wasn't about to go all the way back and sit in that stupid line again,plus I couldn't even prove it because the receipt printer was broken. Not really my favorite place to eat. Lately I've been going more for the drinks. My children love the food I don't. The workers... don't always listen we always miss something in our order we are a large fam so most of the time we have a large order. Read more
I come to this McDonald?s rarely often..usually pretty good. Tonight I waited in drive thru for at least 30 minutes..then got to... first window, girl was sitting down taking payments.
