Terrible restaurant. I have tried to eat here three times in the last few years and just ended up walking out every time. If... you’re lucky enough to be seated, they just disappear. They left us waiting for 20 minutes this time without menus or waterbefore we got up and walked out. The restaurant was not busy either. We ended up going to another restaurant with the sameamount of people and were seated instantly with menus. This place is not worth it. I wonder how they get any business. Read more

Enjoyed date night on Main Street LWR. Wonderful area to explore. Picked Main Street Trattoria for the live music and artist... performing. Chimichurri is excellent. Pizza was good. Excellent service. Read more

Giving a two only because the food was delicious. Such a shame because the service was horrible. Our server came over twice... during the whole time and acted as if we were a bother. However- the food was amazing. We had Marsala, and chicken Parmesan! Read more

Just awful from the rude little girl that greets you at the front to the staff and food!!! They Tried sitting us at a table with... sauce everywhere and gave us a high chair with food and sauce all over it! They didn’t even wipe the table or high chair down!I wish we left then but no we decided to give them the benefit even though they weren’t busy! Just a horrible experience andit’s been taking a landslide over the last few years… the food used to be good now it’s a disaster! And still charged usafter we couldn’t eat our meals! We all had spaghetti for our meals and they brought us all fettuccine instead and said theyran out of spaghetti but NO ONE told us and they made our meals anyway… how do you run out of pasta!! And ANOTHER OWNERSHIPCHANGE!! This place goes through owners like crazy… what is going on!!?? That was our final trip there what a shame it used tobe good years ago! Read more

Haven't been to Lakewood Ranch for dinner in ages so decided to walk around main street. We decided to have dinner at MST... because 1....it was packed (usually a good sign that the food is good) 2...there was plenty of outdoor seating available (andinside) and 3.....they had music outside that drew us in. I have to say it was a beautiful night to sit outside here. Westarted the evening with the caprese app. It was probably one of the best salads we've had! The Balsamic glaze was excellent. The bread was accompanied with a really yummy spinach pesto. I almost ordered more. Had a limencello martini that isrecommended. For dinner I ordered the gnocchi with meatball. You can order it one of three ways and I chose the pomodoro sauce.I wasn't a huge fan of the gnocchi. They were big and chewy and I didn't care for the sauce. My husband ordered a pizza withcherry tomatoes and sausage....it had great flavor. It was a little floppy and could have used a few minutes longer in theoven. The service was certainly bizarre. Our waitress made no eye contact and looked forced to be there. She walked around in adaze. The table next to us didn't get service for at least 20 minutes once seated and they had to ask for someone to attend tothem. One of the waitresses noticed and jumped in. We had three tables being waited on by two people and they were not onlytripping over each other but they made it seem a little chaotic. It was an OK experience for us....but we will likely give themanother chance and order differently next time. Read more

If you have not been here in awhile you are missing out! New Owner, New Menu, New Chef, the new food is amazing. Had the lasagna... Bolognese, it was delicious, real pizza, good drinks. We ate outside on a mild night and had an excellent waiter. I hope theyfix up the inside to make it a little more comfortable and less like a cafeteria. Read more
