Have been here every day for almost two weeks and it?s been great - coffee is good, Baristas are friendly, parking / drive... through is easy. When I order ahead my coffee is ready and waiting, just have to pop in to pick it up. The seating space is alsoreally nice - in and outdoor. This is my new home Starbucks and I love it. Read more
The workers here are kinda rude. They don't make eye contact with you so it's impossible to get anyone's attention. I stood... there for 25 minutes before someone acknowledged me just to tell me they ran out of what I ordered. I had to go back in line toorder something else. That person didn't acknowledge me either. This isn't my usual starbucks but I think I will stick to theLockwood Ridge one in the future. Read more
I just moved down the street from this location and I am Happy to say it is now my Home Starbucks. I have been in several times... already and I like how Spacious this Starbucks is. It is always busy here yet never crowded. They have the option of a drivethrough, however I always enjoy walking in! The parking here is good and I am always able to find a spot. In addition I likethe baristas here. They are polite and they always get my order Just Right. So 5 Stars from me! Read more
Starbucks is a great place to sit down with a delicious beverage with clients. They serve sweet and savory treats as well as hot... and cold drinks. My personal favorite drink is the soybean grande latte with vanilla, you can catch me sipping my drink whilewriting contracts. Read more
What gives? This is the 2nd time where the coffee is quite short from the top. The whip has not melted, the drink hasn't waited... as this was a drive thru line order. Like what other coffee drinkers have said, looks like I'll have to go back tomorrow to getmy other ounces. Read more
I bought 2 coffees. Coffee tasted good but why only 6 oz? I called the store and no one answered. I guess I have to go tomorrow... for my other ozs. ???? update: I went next day and they gave me 2 good new ones. Read more
Went to this Starbucks location before, and once again..they messed up my order. I've given this location more chances than I... probably should of, given the fact that I have the other SR 70 location near me that has yet to mess up an order. I ordered alow fat, decaf, white chocolate mocha with no whip. First off it was about 10 mins until I got to the window and there was onlytwo cars in front of me (something tells me they weren't having their best morning). Once I finally got to the window my drinkwas ready in hand and the barista even read it correctly to me. But once I take that first delightful warm sip, I had the utterdisappointment that it was not in fact my favorite hot beverage, but just a hot chocolate. This was my last chance for thisStarbucks for at least a good while. In the past mistakes that they've made with my orders, they would always honor and resolvethe problem immediately, but there comes a point where enough is enough. I dont have the kind of luxury time to run back andforth to this Starbucks location to redo my orders, when I have a Starbucks that is much closer to me. I truly hope thisStarbucks location can get it together especially because they are in a new,and busy plaza. Read more
