Update... Last week's pizza was fabulous. This week's pizza was also fabulous. Only problem is I ordered no bacon on my Ceasar... salad. I asked the girl at the till if there was bacon on the salad and she assured me there was no bacon. Come home and openthe salad and there's bacon. I called and she apologized and told me to stop by and she would give me another salad forfree..... Joke is it's not free. I've already paid for it. I agreed to pick up another salad but decided I'm not going todrive there. When I called to notify them I wasn't going to pick up the salad the person on the phone told me it could be savedfor another customer and that I wouldn't be charged for it. Omgness this is incredible. I asked her if she was going to put anote under my profile and she told me no we don't do that. I asked her what she was going to do for me because my order waswrong and she told me nothing. I then expressed to her that I asked the person who served me if there was bacon on my salad andI was assured there wasn't any and she responded by saying we don't make the salads. Kudos to her for apologizing however anI'm sorry doesn't fix the consistent quality control issues that this establishment obviously has. So in short if you orderfrom Joey's expect your order to be screwed up consistently. Past years this place has been phenomenal. The seasoning wasalways spot on. The distribution of toppings amazing. I've always been completely satisfied with the pizza. But this yearsomething has changed. I've tried over and over trying to give them the opportunity to wow me once again. However it's justnot the same. Today I ordered half pepperoni half green/black olive and 2/3 was pepperoni. Which was a problem because itdidn't leave very much pizza for my kids. I suppose I could have checked the pizza before leaving however I'm not qualitycontrol and expect the staff to make sure their product is satisfactory.
