Ordered fish fillet sandwiches. They were just thrown together. When I got home and opened them the dishes was barely on the bun... and cheese melted so bun was stuck together so I could not open it to put the fish in it. Very expensive for food my husband anI couldn't eat. Read more
Even when they are not busy they take forever and mess your orders all the time.
Bro i love this restaurant so much they rlly specialize in their chicken nuggets its not even chicken meat u could literally... just call it children tenders so good omg. But dude the powerade tastes like water, like if yall gon do that just give me a freewater cup for the powerade at that point. Read more
The phone i originally planned to complete digital payment with turned off, while in the drive-thru. I asked the cashier to... allow me to pay inside. The manager was called in and asked what the issue was. I explained I asked if I could complete paymentinside and the manager said, "I don't understand." What part of I am asking if I can complete payment inside is not understood?Then she told the worker holding my coffee, "she's asking to pay in here." Left the coffee and then I was asked a FOURTH time,"how can I help you?" I don't blame the last cashier, but seriously? Neither the floor nor the drive-thru were busy and therewas enough staff to communicate with one another. Definitely the worse experience today. Read more
Terrible service, employees flirting, giving food to family members while telling patrons they are out of food. We ordered three... 4 piece nuggets. Not a meal- literally twelve nuggets and the entire process took well over 30 minutes. This was a majorinconvenience on our already 17 hour drive with three kiddos. Employees were walking food out to friends or family members,sitting in their car. 6 employees and only one working in the kitchen and the rest standing around gossiping and ignoringcustomers ready to order. Appalling and quite frankly, unbelievable. Find the next place, save yourself time and frustration. Read more
As for the facility, the cashier took my order down correctly and my husband's order. The food was delicious just heavy is all... but that's on me as it is a fast food restaurant but they are definitely impressive and right on track! Read more
Food is good, customer service is good and there usually isn't any problems but sometimes they do mess up orders but no one is... perfect either. only thing I'd say that keeps this from being 5 stars is that sometimes when there's a rush of customers,they'll either knock it out quick or you might have to wait a minute. I love the pumpkin pie and I enjoy your coffe in the morning but nothing makes more unhappy that getting my coffee wrong. I... always order 5 creamers 2 sugars on my large coffee and I get to work to find out I received BLACK Coffee ????. I ordered drivethru and I repeated my order twice how is it that he got it wrong??
