As far as the gas pumps go i have never had any issues. The store itself is usually clean ans accessible. The food service... however is hit or miss. It is either prepared perfectly and exactly what you ordered... or at times raw or burnt and theportions are off. Kitchen staff usually seem to busy talking to take sub orders and at times i have had to ask Kitchen staff toput on gloves. Read more

My parents went to the store last night and ordered burgers. They came out and the food was super dry and the cheese was brown.... They have had numerous complaints about the food and service and never have a manager to be spoken too. The one time they wereable to speak to a ?manager? they were just told sorry for not being satisfied. They would rather travel 8 miles to Shannonrather than shopping at the Casey?s in Lanark. The lady at the checkout counter was great! The girl who was behind the food counter - needed a attitude adjustment. We were... waiting for a pizza that was in the oven and watched two people walk away as she totally ignored them. I don't think she likesher job or shouldn't be doing morning shift. Put in an order for a pizza at 4:00 and still wasn't ready by 530. All they could say was sorry and you'll get refunded in 2-3... business days. Meanwhile there was no manager on duty to speak to. Poor customer service. I'll just drive to the shannon casey's Read more
Just a another store put in a small to to take all the people's money and over charge for pizza that cost under 2 dollars to... make . Then they charge 13.99 . ???? I mean really. I will give them credit is a nice and new . I guess the towns folk have topay for it.. Read more
