My husband has an allergy to all peppers so finding anything that resembles Mexican food he can eat is really hard. Bubbakoo's... meat is moist and flavorful without being loaded in pepper residue. They still have the peppers and spicy additions available,so no broken hearts if that's your thing. I had a taco salad and it was also perfect - the proportions were spot-on. To top itoff, they have some really yummy sweet treats like Love Chips and deep-fried oreos. We will definitely be regular customersgoing forward. Read more
Ever since they opened have been curious to try. Finally got the opportunity today and have mixed reviews. No customers and slow... service they rush you like they have a building full. Didnt like that, especially since it was my first time navigating theirmenu. I got a chicken burrito with most of the toppings as well as guacamole. It was so large and the way they wrap it is weirdlooks like a ball as you try and eat it falls apart. It didnt taste bad but wasnt spectacular either. I expected more for 18.00(that included a drink). I think way overpriced dont think i will be back. Read more
Bubbakoo's has awesome food! However, when the store owners are not there, Cynthia and Delsenia (employees), are very rude,... argumentative and will spew derogatory remarks, (only to a certain group of people). I had spent over $100.00 on a takeout mealas well. I left the store very disgusted, upset and hurt. We were going to place a large catering job for the next day, but wedidn't. And, having to go to another establishment because of your insensitive employees, is totally uncalled for!!! Lastly, WEHAD PAID FOR OUR FOOD on Friday, and Delsinia DID NOT want to give us our food and pretended to have selective amnesia. Dry and bland shredded chicken bowl. I loaded it down with everything and still had no flavor at all. I asked to sample... something different cause I really wanted to like this place. All they offered was sauces to make it tast better. Was reallydisappointed and the girls didn't seem to understand how to offer something they they are known for. Just came here today. Super clean, fresh hot food. Customer service was on point, burrito was delicious. It's similar to... Chipotle or Hot Heads if you are from the Midwest. Definitely coming back here. My only complaint is it was a little warm inthere, AC didn't seem to be on, aside from that. Not a bad experience! Read more
Better than Chipotle. The concept of this establishment is similar to Chipotle but has many other options. I also think that the... food tastes better. The prices are comparable and they give you alot of food. I did purchase the chips and guacamole but was notimpressed with the little amount of chips and guacamole received. The guacamole came in a small container about the size of ahalf a cup. The price was $4.60, not worth it to me. I do recommend and will be a returning customer. Read more
Taco salad is bomb dot com ,burritos are huge, pro tip: get both rices and beans for a bigger portion you pay the same price no... matter how many toppings you get ,consistency is a little hit or miss when I order online for delivery ,guess sit depends on whomakes your food that day ,I get the same thing everytime and it's different each time and better or worse to varying degrees Read more
I understand the times we are in and everything is expensive but when you pay $13 for a burrito and it is the size of a cheap... Taco Bell burrito with barely any protein something is wrong. Us as customers are paying higher prices for everything and theportion sizes are shrinking daily. I wouldn?t mind even if the price was a couple dollars higher but come on at least make itworth the price. Read more
