There are 2 ladies working at the time of 3pm, on Sunday. My daughter and paid 33$. For less then average food. Watched one of... the ladies get into a verbal fight, with a customer at the drive-thru. Then explain the whole situation to her co-workers, whilecustomers are in the restaurant. Theirs a man, sleeping at one of the tables. Good luck finding clean tables and floors. Andthe disrespect to elderly, is crimi al. I watched one of the employees, talk down and literally yell at this old woman. Thisplace is so horrible. I feel bad for anyone who rates this place above 2 stars. Read more
June 21. @11:21 a.m. Ordered a ch'king sandwich and I was the only person in the drive thru. Whoever made my order served me an... old reheated chicken breast that sat out the night before and it was very disgusting. C'mon, my order was right after breakfastand it wasn't busy, the sandwich could've been prepared correctly considering it took over five minutes to have it brought out.At least the staff are nice people but given the nature of this incident, I'm not coming back to this location and just donewith BK in general. Fast food joints like these that serve lunch WITH breakfast should really consider having at least a flyer version of their... lunch menu when only the breakfast menu is up and covers the entire board. I settled for a sandwich that I had alreadymisinterpreted, then within seconds from me ordering and walking away, the menu changes up and I see all sorts of other things Icould have bought. They gave me cold union rings and under cooked mozzarella sticks , the dude that was working last night got real rude with me... when I came back in line to get my food replaced . He even over charged me with out me knowing ! 47$!!? For three meals?he gotour whole order wrong not to mention how he said ?I JUST mADE that Fresh?!? I ordered my food through the app before I drove to the restaurant. I went into the restaurant and I still waited 25 minutes for... my food. Keep in mind this is during my 30 minute lunch, which only gave me about 5 minutes to eat. This is horrible, I wasreally upset and ended up not eating. Will never go to this location again. I advise y?all to not come here ? go to the one near avenue K. These people are so rude and unprofessional. I WAITED 40 MINS IN... LINE BECAUSE THEY KEPT MESSING UP ORDERS INCLUDING MINE. The one girl taking orders and taking cash at 8pm, hispanic withtattoos.. got a messed up attitude and was mean to me for no reason ! ? the African American lady with red braids is a 10/10manager doing her best to satisfy customers needs! I gave the 2 stars simply because she would be the person to save this BurgerKing location smh..
