The environment was nice the food was good it was a celebration for a birthday party a big crowd they did handle it rather well... I was impressed with that. The service is the worst I've ever experienced at a chilis. Never had a true server so the explanation was "everyone works as a... team" so that translate to slow to get drinks and food ordered and always flagging people down for refills. We were theforgotten table To top it off the table kiosk malfunction when I paid using tap payment and gave the highest tip amount you canselect automatically the server and manager wouldn't void the transaction so I could resubmit my payment.
