The environment was nice the food was good it was a celebration for a birthday party a big crowd they did handle it rather well... I was impressed with that. Even when my food came I have certain allergies towards food and he noticed it before he give it tome and he took it back now that service. They were busy but sat us down fairly quickly. Their 9.99, 10.99, and 11.99 deal was hard to beat. I enjoyed a cheeseburger... with a salad as my appetizer, wife had a petite steak and soup. Great deals. Great service. Will definitely be back again soon. Read more

Went alone ordered one appetizer plate. Waited 35 minutes only for the waitress to tell me they mixed up the order. Brought me... the nachos to at least tie me over until they fixed it, order was still wrong but I ate it. Customer service was very good, foodwas fine even though it was wrong. Where do I start!! I ordered curbside pickup which never happened. After waiting 15 mins for someone to come out. We finally had... to go in to pickup our order. The food was cold. The broccoli wasn't cooked at all. The fries were hard. They forgot the salsa.It was soooo bad from start to finish that we decided to eat at McDonald's rather than this disaster of a meal. My husband and I arrived around 6pm. The wait was about 30 to 45 minutes, so we waited and got a table at 6:40pm. We recommend... looking at the menu while you wait for a table on a busy day. It took an hour for our food to be brought out and we weren't toohappy with some of itt. The salad had some old pieces of lettuce, the steak was not how we ordered it and the fries tastedstale. The service is the worst I've ever experienced at a chilis. Never had a true server so the explanation was "everyone works as a... team" so that translate to slow to get drinks and food ordered and always flagging people down for refills. We were theforgotten table To top it off the table kiosk malfunction when I paid using tap payment and gave the highest tip amount you canselect automatically the server and manager wouldn't void the transaction so I could resubmit my payment.
