It was empty when we went til the end and our service was pretty bad. Our food just sat there and we werent told anything the... slices for a medium are just small cuts on a small pizza too reach the bare minumum and was not worth the price even withinflation. The cashier overcharged us and then seemed upset that we were asking about why she charged us for more then we askedbut at least she helped us leave in the end.We waited 35 minutes at the prize counter and a worker was just standing next to thetrash staring at us. The welcome e tickets need to be printed at the the cash register when you enter they wont tell you.Leaving was a hassle because near the end it got crowded and they had to check our stamp and the same worker next to the trashcan was still doing nothing as they were being crowded. By far the dirtiest Chuck E Cheese I've ever been to. Their salad bar didn't have boiled eggs, macaroni salad, potato salad or... croutons and it was a mess! The girl at the register took my order twice because she overcharged me. Wait time for food was overan hour. First and last time I go there. Read more
Took family for lunch and game tournament. We ate great tasting pizza, and played games for a cpl hours. It was busy, but most... all the other patrons were kind and mindful of others. Lots of fun for kids and adults who love having fun and laughs with theirlittles. If you have a few free hours, an extra (bill or so) and arent afraid to be silly and play like no-ones watching, getover to Chuck E Cheeses, and play, eat, and play some more. Read more
This branch is amazing. We celebrated my daughter’s 5th birthday here and it was an amazing day. Employees were super nice.... And the party host was very helpful. They made my daughter’s day. I will definitely be back here. I highly recommend thislocation Read more

Review for October 17th 2004. Chuck-E-Cheese located in Lancaster California. Oh so many wonderful memories with my kids here.... My kids love coming here when they were small. Now they're all grown up and all they have is this wonderful memories of thembeing there with me. Soon they will have their own kids and will be able to take them to Chuck-E-Cheese. They are very short staffed, but Donald tried his best, and I appreciated his service. They have weekly deals. Prices... definitely went up. expect to spend a good amount of $$ on food. Overall my kids had a blast, didn't really see anything "notin service" staff was friendly. Read more
Booked a team party here. Was treated very poorly upon arrival. Our table was dirty when we went t to set up. No table covering,... no plates, no cups nothing. When we asked about our set up and plastic tablecloth we were informed that "organizations" don'tget those but we're offered a table cloth. After the host put the table cloth out for us her manager came over and told her sheshouldn't have done that and then informed her to tell us that we weren't entitled to it. Very unprofessional. We were givencheap bottom of the barrel paper plates for our kids pizza afterwards and then our cups were left. Our pizza was dropped off atthe table a bit later no words were exchanged from the person dropping it off and we never saw our host again for the durationof our party. Weren't given our goodie bags we payed for either. Overall a truly poor experience for our baseball team of 4 and5 year olds. Definitely will not be booking again. Read more
