For some reason, only 3 people were on duty. The drive through was a complete mess. A 4th employee walked in and told her... teammates, "Appreciate me! I am here on my day off!" A 5th employee eventually arrived. No manager, no lead, no supervisoraround. Took about 15 minutes to get out a 3 minute order. Oh, and no soap in the restroom! When I mentioned it, one of theemployees went to fix it, but came back and told her coworker that they were out of hand soap. Probably will not visit this DelTaco again. Read more
Great little breakfast wrap for around $2...small egg and cheese, with a small toasted tortilla, two hash brown sticks, and... fresh tomatoes and salsa verde make this a tasty small bite to start the day. Sometimes there is a wait...limited staff on dutyin the early am...but very friendly employees. Some of the breakfast burritos are bigger but just as good for about $5.Nopics...sorry...I ate it up! Went there tonight and ordered two Macho Combo meals, and a Fiesta Box...waited 20 minutes while I watched the employee touch... his hair, handle money, and handle food all with the same gloves on. When he handed me my change back, it was wet. Then, when Iasked for a receipt, he told me that the machine was out of paper, and that I can come back tomorrow and he will give meone!!! I don't know what kind of training is done at this establishment, but I work in the food industry, and just in 20minutes, saw multiple reasons as to why this place could be shut down. This was the worst service I have ever had from here, letalone any fast food restaurants. Totally appalled by what I witnessed tonight. Also, upon arriving at my residence, ( within 2miles) my food was cold, and the fries were half filled and cold. Very poor service here. Would not recommend it to anyoneduring the night time. I honestly have never had any issues during the day time hours here, but would not recommend it to anyoneat night time!!!!!...... The saddest thing is that corporate still hasn't contacted me back concerning this matter. What ashame that they don't care about their standards and business reputation. I guess the next step is to turn them into the codeenforcement. Read more
Always love the food here. Fries are a must! I'm glad they have a crunchtada, because I miss tostadas at any fast food chain... restaurant. We came in late to eat, enjoyed the place to ourselves. Workers were nice and didn't rush us to leave. Read more
