Update... tried to give this location another shot months later and it is still awful. The staff aren't organized and they have... the slowest wait time EVER. I was the only person at the window but still somehow waited forever to get my one drink. Then I hadto ask about it and it was a good thing I did because it was being made wrong. Back to not visiting this location anymore. Somepeople are okay but they definitely do NOT hold the Dutch culture. I've been going to Dutch for many many years prior to itcoming to lancaster. Never have I met a staff so rude and a manager who doesn't do anything to help a situation. Calledcorporate and needless to say I will never return to this location. I will go to Starbucks before this awful establishment. Ireally would have preferred to given stars. Read more

Stopped by to get some freezes, as McD wasn't selling frappes that day. Anyway, place was busy, there was a wait as we went... through the drive thru. Placed our order w/the employees standing outside. A while later we got our freezes and enjoyed them.Just wish they wouldn't melt so quickly! ???? Read more
They were good when they opened and the people who opened were good. Now they are slow and everything tastes the same. Gave them... another try, they forgot about my 1 order of a peach smoothie, waited 30 minutes and others got their orders before me. Thenwhen I asked about it they said they were busy and said sorry in a sarcastic way. This is the worst Dutch brother I have everbeen to. I will never come back or give them another chance. So I like getting an iced coffee in at Dutch Bros and usually order it with "light ice" since I feel like the regular amount is... too much. However, it seems like at least 2/3 times I get regular ice or even more than regular. I'll get a medium and the icewill be filled up to the top. I basically get a full cup of ice sometimes. Is there anything I'm supposed to say to be morespecific about light ice? Every time this has happened to me I've never really told the barista since I didn't want to seem likea diva. But is there a good way to let the barista know in these sort of situations to get the drink redone with "light ice"? Ijust want what I paid for and that wasn't for a cup of ice. Read more
My favorite part about this place are the old dudes who hold up the line in their oversized pickup trucks, while flirting with... the employees that are half their age or possibly more. Great service and great selection. Definitely better than Starbucks. Read more
