Loved everything about El Pollo Loco. This location has some very sweet and kind cashiers working the cash registers and if they... do make a mistake, they correct it immediately. I was handed my take out bag once and just as I walked out the door. The cashiercame out right after holding a side that was not put into my bag. She apologized and I have a lot of respect for that. Icould've gone all the way home and then realized it but she came out to give me my missing side. Good food and great customerservice. And BTW that mistake only happened once! The customer service i experienced today was awesome!!! I oreded a very popular item off the menu but honestly forgot the name.... I ordered the wrong item. The ladies (Crystal & Gaylin) were so nice and took my order and fixed it right on the spot. Thesewomen were trained right .. I appreciate the time they took to help me!!!!!! Thank you again!
