The drive thru server was friendly. Quickly retrieved my to-go order, however; our mashed potatoes and coleslaw containers were... barely filled, and we weren't given any of our sauces. Hoping to return to better next time. Read more
I used the drive through, and when I got to the window to pay, I was charged for the wrong meal, $3.00 more. I paid anyway.... Silly me, because to my surprise the chicken was old and taste like paper, and the fries were sitting for to long. I returnedthe meal, and asked that they refund me, due to the food being old. I was told I could not get my money back and they could giveme a store credit. I refused and insisted that they return to me the cost of the meal. The person addressing the issue wasreally polite and stated no manager was present.she implied she needed to speak with the manager by phone. I insisted that shemake the call. She returns telling me the same thing, she could not give me a refund, but could give me a store credit. I askedwhy would I accept a store credit when the food is not fresh. It's now 10mins, and another woman comes out and refunds the moneyfor the meal back onto my card. It's really getting bad that these big named fast food places are charging extra money for badfood and service. I'm not accepting this anymore, especially at the prices we are being charged now. Enough is enough. I noticedwhen I went inside this place it had lots of workers on the floor, and Yikes! it was really dirty and unkept. Shame on KFCmanagement for asking hard working customers to accept such poor service and bad food at increase prices. Read more
Worst service I have ever seen, they close at 1100 pm, they stop making chicken at 7 pm, was told due to clean up time? 4 hours,... no sides except mashed potatoes and french fries, then they short changed us on the amount of chicken we were supposed to get,the limited amount we were able to get. Will not be going back, would probably fire some people if I was in charge. K and 10thwest. Stay away!!!!!!! Read more
Food was good, but service has gone down. The workers made us feel like we were wasting their time. But the main reason for two... stars is that they consistently are out of items. Hope they can figure out their projected inventory count soon. Read more

Chicken was completely nasty and soggy. I ordered the extra crunchy. No breast inside box only thighs. I sat in drive thru for... 30 min until the window to pay they didn't accept debit card that required a pin.. she didn't have change for $100 so I had topay with my credit card. Read more
Tried to order hot wings and they didn't have Buffalo. So we switched to a bucket but all they had was legs and thighs. I... thought KFC was a chicken joint. Tasted the chicken and was soooo bland. There was no seasoning!!! What happened to the 7 herbsand spices?!! They need a new cook. What a disappointment. Read more
