They were out of everything. Toys for the kids meals, the bathrooms were completely out of paper goods no bathroom tissue or... anything else, even the computers kept going out! The staff was incredibly rude about everything, the soda machine was broke andthe play area was closed. It was absolutely ridiculous if I could give zero Stars I would I only gave it a one because it's thelowest number. Read more
This one skinny lizard looking boy he was dressed nice so must have been a Supervisor.. I gave the cashier my app code and she... didn't input it I went back and told them that I was charged for the item ...this lizard looking boy assisted me in getting mymoney back ..I told him I guess she forgot to input my code, he stated sometimes the computer doesn't get it down ... didn'tmake sense to me...and when I asked him for 3 Buffalo sauce he said I can only give you one since you only ordered one Happymeal???? seriously I gave him a dirty look ... however my husband went to ask for more sauce and another employee had no issuegiving him more....this boy is so miserable you can tell he has a dry sense of humor..dude you will be replaced soon stop takingur job too serious...try a happy meal oh but you gotta be happy to enjoy it ???? The staff at this location really needs training on customer service. The level of awareness is embarrassing. They will walk... back and forth ignoring you while you stand there waiting on a mobile order that is usually 10 or more minutes late. I get itits mc Donald's the people working here aren't the brightest. But eyes up being alert greeting your customers can go a millionmiles for the location. Simple things smh Read more
I have had two bad experiences and and I feel that I am being judged for getting a happy meal. The second bad experience I felt... it was both the employees and my fault and someone had to intervene and did not handle it well. Just moving forward I want to betreated respectful and whatever I order should be accommodated to the very best. I've seen bad reviews for this place an went anyways, long story short I got charged $5.19 for one large fry.. I ordered a 40 piece nugget and fries I ordered curbside pickup and decided to walk into the store to ask that they prepare... fresh fries and nuggets and I wouldn't mind the wait, I mean I was just sitting in the car. Why did they walk out with a bagfull of re fried nuggets. How do I know because they were burnt. No way you can burn nuggets come on now. I got food posining twice from this place. Ordered a 2 for 3 chicken sandwich, then I ordered a normal spicy chicken sandwich.... Besides that this is the only McDonald's location that I have got food poison from but becuase of it I genuinely don't likeeating McDonald's. Read more
