My husband and I came here for breakfast on Thanksgiving. We ordered to eat in and glad we did since we were missing two orders... of hashbrowns. We ordered combos and no hashbrowns really ?? The sad part about this is I was handed my order from the Manageron duty . When I came back up to let her know she just looked at me like what do you need . When I told her she just handed themto me with no apology at all . The worst part of this visit was that so many other customers came in from the drive thru missingfood or receiving the wrong order . Some man got his order and drove home only to come back since he didn't receive what heordered. There was no apology to him either . Sorry the Manager on duty was not trained to handle guest complaints very sad towatch . Needless to say I will not be giving these people any of my business. Read more
They should have at least 1 employee who deals with "just" counter orders and not drive thru orders as well. They apologize for... the delay and say they are understaffed. Yet there are at least 10 people in the background. Manager needs to improve on counterorders. They should also allow at least 1 refill of coffee. Read more
At the drive thru lady that have a brown spot birthmark on right side on her face was being rude to the driver front of us and... complaining about her job and told us to hurry up to pull up in front of her and saying omg can?t stand here because to hot andcomplaining about our card not working she keep flipping it front and back and we told her our card has a chip and she roll hereyes said omg rushing through everything seem like she don?t like her job at all and different day we went she did the samething and someone spit on my drink which was disgusting ???? This is the worst service I've ever had, I will never eat here again, I recommend nobody ever eat here. Every member of this... staff was rude to me, even the guy mopping the floor was rude to me. But I enjoyed standing in line forever while the entirestaff ignored me. Absolutely horrendous service, even for a McDonald's this place is terrible. On top of everything else, norefills for coffee. Cashier acted as though he was doing me a favor by taking my order at the counter. Did not thank me for my business. Kinda fits... because when my order was ready the manager on-duty slammed my bag of food on the counter and simply said, "Here you go." Again,no "Thank You". What's happened to customer service 101, where you show your appreciation for anyone putting money into yourcash registers? I had taken a 9mo hiatus from this location because of the quality of the sandwich I had ordered back then.Thought I'd give them another chance only to be treated like an inconvenience to every team member I interacted with there.Well, no 9mo hiatus in store this time, it's now escalated into a permanent absence for me. My experience was mediocre. I ordered ahead of time and still waited 10 minutes or so for a small order. When I finally got my... food, the fries weren?t even filled up all the way, which I realized too late. They?re courteous to everyone. I feel the CUSTOMERS need better training on how to treat others. Keep in mind meals are made... when they receive the orders. It?s honestly not an easy job. Read more
