Ugh. Last trip ever to Panera for me. Literally spent $85 for 5 people. Yes you read that right. Plus they've changed their... menu AGAIN. So disappointed. Not a big fan of this place matter of fact I hate panerea bread. I met someone here for breakfast I really didn't want to go... because I don't like this place. Food's not good everytime I go there I just get myself a coffee and pastry. this time Idecided to get a cinnamon roll which was cold and then had to reheat myself in the microwave. I absolutely love their broccoli cheddar soup! Mom loves their chicken and wild rice soup! One day I?ll only try to restrain... myself from ordering a bowl of soup. Sandwiches are good. Placed order for carry out like I normally do. The difference in this scenario was boyfriend was traveling through Lancaster and... offered to stop and pick up food. I ordered enough for lunch the next day, he ate his before getting back on the road. After hearrived home with the food about an hour later, and I moved onto the soup notice it was regular mac & cheese and not thebroccoli mac & cheese soup. Called and informed the store of the error. They apologized and offered for me to pick up thecorrect item and a complementary side. And informed them that I am not local and it?s just happened to be this particular storethat we stopped at and if they can refine the amount of the item charge refund it back to your card. I got excited, at first, about their coffee subscription. It would be a good deal if they actually took care of their... coffee. That had not been my experience. Yesterday, the coffee was Cold- not warm-cold. Today, the Light Roast was roasted tooweak (think tea. You should not see through the coffee like that.) and when asked for fresh coffee, it was full ongrounds. Amber was nice and accommodating, brewing another batch- grounds free. Panera, if you are going to promote thissubscription (which you are, all over the restaurant) then you cannot neglect your coffee station! Read more
