15.06 for 2 packs of breadsticks. 10 pieces of bread. Also don't be fooled. They charge a service fee over tax and the... ridiculous amount for bread. They are stealing from consumers who really don't know they are paying for this. Go out-of businessalready. Thats a sign of desperation. I normally order from the location on J but on this day I was running late and I order from this location BIG MISTAKE!!! Pick up... my order got home got the wrong order. Went back ask for a fresh one wouldn?t make one ask for my refund they said only thestore manager can issued a refund. Went to the J store bought a fresh one. After a week and a half of calling I walked intothe excuse my French the most dirtiest smelling store, spoke the so called store manager who proceeded to say I don?t do refundonly credit. First off if you don't like YOUR Job look for other employment. Second if you order anything special make sure to look at it... before you leave. Cashier that took my order kept saying is that all and when it wasn't had a nasty attitude. I wish I knew hername so I could have put it on this review. If I could give it zero in would! My family and I rarely eat pizza. But when we do, PIZZA HUT is our go to. I ordered my pizza,... was charged and NEVER got my pizza. When I called an hour and a half later, they said that were closed. The guy said he calledme 3 times to tell me the didn't have any pizza (what???) But he didn't. He never called, I never got my pizza AND I WAS CHARGED$65+ FOR IT AND DIDN'T GET MY MONEY BACK. After having several terrible experiences of the food being cold, not many toppings even when ordered extra. NO response from... store or district manager to address issues after at least 10 calls. This has been my location for the last year. I order from here at least once a month. This is the worst Pizza Hut ever. I... chalked it up the first time or two to being an ?off day? or just busy. However, my order is wrong most of the time. The pizzais always undercooked. My boneless wing order is constantly wrong. I normally get the wrong sauce. Today I received no sauce atall. When I call to have them fix their errors it takes way longer then it should, like they put me back on the bottom of thelist. Like today. At 4:19 I called an told them they brought me naked wings. They said they would send new ones right out. At5:36 I called to see where they were. ?Oh they just left 2 mins ago?. At 6:25 I called back and found out that there was neveran order.
