More than 5 years ago, work colleagues had brought me here to celebrate a special day. She recommended me to order the grilled... salmon collar bone. To my surprise, it was fresh, tasty and delicious! Who would have thought that a restaurant would serve afish with bones in it. Aside from miso soup, shrimp tempura, salmon sashimi that has proved equally satisfying, the grilledcollar bone salmon was cooked perfectly, not dry nor salty and it was really delicious! Something that I wouldn?t forget. Andso every time I?d visit my friends in Lancaster, going to Red Salmon is a must for us. Mind you, up to this day, they stillserve our favorite, the collarbone salmon and the quality and taste has never failed to please our palate. Delicious! Highlyrecommended. ?????????? Read more

I love Red Salmon. There are two sushi restaurants in Lancaster that I go to regularly, and this is one of them. My... recommendations are the Lemon Salmon roll, the Red Dragon, and the 2 pc sushi (Ono, Yellowtail, Salmon). They are veryresponsive by phone, but wait times can be long (45 min). Still, takeout is easy! Read more

The fish is not fresh at all (you may get better quality from Big Tuna lol). Tuna sushi and lemon roll are all poorly made... Takoyaki is pretty oily. Chicken udon is pretty nice, both the soup and udon noodle are good for the price but I probably won'torder it again because the quality of the chicken is low. Plum sake is surprisingly good, though. A very busy and noisy place.Servers are polite but very busy. We basically served ourselves everything, such as getting sauce plates, chopsticks, andnapkins. The price we paid does not match the quality we get. Read more

This place was pretty disappointing considering the good things I heard about it. The food itself wasn?t bad, but the service... was. We walked in waiting to be seated and after a few minutes of nobody coming to us, noticed a sign in sheet that said to signin and wait outside. I wrote my information down and waited outside. After a while with no call to come in, I go in and asksomeone about it, and she pointed out a booth we could sit at. After that the only time we saw our server was when she took ourorder, when she brought out the food, and when she gave us our check. Didn?t check in on us or our food, or refill our waters, and always walked away too quick for us to ask for something. Overall we just felt like a burden on them to be there. Plus thebill was $100 (tip included) for 3 people. Really just disappointed in the staffing and quality of service here. Read more

Food was great, but service was severely lacking. They didn't seem to have enough servers or help for the amount of business... they had on Father's Day. We ordered several rolls and everything was fresh and very tasty. Fix the the service piece andthis sushi place would be 5 stars. Read more

No flavor in the cream cheese wontons, the sauce that comes with it is way too over powering and salty (even in small amounts).... The kids beef bowl is nothing special, again this dish is too salty and any flavor is masked by a large amount of sauce. Read more

Quite good. My partner and I came here to celebrate our anniversary because I've been working nearby. We didn't expect much from... sushi in Lancaster, so we were totally blown away by the quality. Everything was superb. And, to top it all off, when the checkcame we couldn't believe how affordable the meal was. Easily one of the best overall sushi bars we've ever been to. Since thenwe've visited a few more times. The quality hasn't always been up to par with that first visit, but it's always satisfying. Read more

The food good, service was great, wait was 45 minutes for a Thursday but not something that's controllable so understand. One... thing I didn't like was that some body dinned and dashed in other words didn't pay for their bill and the tip I left for thewaitress/waiter was being used to pay for that scum that didn't pay. If the waiter/waitress is doing this to help another coworker I think is admirable but if they are being force to do so I think is messed up. Read more
