Guy ordering my drink called me ?man? ?bro? and ?dude?. He was listening to music while I was ordering, literally had to speak... over his music. Barista made my drink wrong, and I had to go back to have them fix it. This is the 3rd time this has happened soI thought I?d leave a review finally. The people at this location are rude, no one is friendly and there are no customer serviceskills. I recommend going to the store on Ave I or Ave K. They are great. Read more

My sister went here recently with her friends, mind you they are 12-13 years old? she said the worker at the register was nice... and made conversation with them. Up until one of her friends forgot to ask for caramel on her drink. So she kindly asked if theycan put some in hers. The barista let out a huge sigh and STOMPED away. She even had the nerve to talk under her breathe to acoworker about it WHILE making the drink, she then gave them the drink and said ?bro you could?ve just asked? who are youcalling bro ? really?. If you can?t handle a 13 year old asking for a simple thing like some extra caramel on a drink ? yea youshouldn?t be working at starbucks. Take that attitude somewhere else and grow up. Read more
