Will never go to this location again. I Asked for a lemon loaf and the date says July 09, 2022. I received it originally in a... plastic wrapping. I return it, they exchange for a new one and it?s not in the packaging. I asked staff they mentioned it wasthe production date?um it?s August 17, 2022. Even if you freeze the product and you allow it to thaw out a month later???Really??? Consumers please make sure you check dates to avoid becoming sick or food poisoning. Horrible experience. We go through drive thru and as we approach the window they tell us they don't have change for a 50. No... issue. We get change and walk in as doors are still open. Employee tells me they are closed. All we needed was to get our drinksthat were already made and pay. If doors are still open we should have been serviced! Very unprofessional! Review for March 13th 2022. The Starbucks located near 10th Street West in Lancaster California. I walked in here today and I... was treated and greeted very nicely. However it has been my experience on... more than one occasion to either receive a melted Frappuccino with the consistency of milk. This occurred too many times. Whatblows my mind is I have to bring it to the attention of the server. I should not have to bring it to their attention when 3/4 ofthe whipped cream on top is melted and the viscosity consistency of the drink is pure milk. The second problem is, Icustom-order my Frappuccino every single time and this place makes is so bitter I cannot drink it. Every Starbucks in town lesstwo locations nice my custom order up every single time I order it. *Revison: Feb 22, 2021 Today my wife and I came in togetherand we ordered a Venti Frap each. Mine was once again the consistency of milk, with no visible ice in it. The viscocity wasperfect after my last complaint to the barista 2 mos ago. I come to this store at least 2 times a week. Sure what is 1 milkythin Frap out of say 15? ONE TOO MANY! I am done with Starbucks once and for all. Seems not one store can make a consistentbeverage the same way every time. Or- they cannot make 2 Frap's and have them come out within 30 seconds of each other! For thisreason, do not expect me to ever return to any Starbucks.
