Taco Bell @ Ave I and 10th street west, was the WORST experience I have ever had. They open at 7am, I got there at 720a I... ordered the $5 breakfast box. NO, iced coffee. I ordered $6 double steak and grilled cheese buritto NO, rice...it wasn't readyyet. When I asked for a discount they said there was no discount, but, the could upgrade my soda to a larger size. They need to be more clean. The bathroom is dirty they need to wash walls with bleach and soap, they need to clean floors and... counter tops everything is sticky even the chairs and floor in dinning area is dirty, not cluttered but if you wiped down with awhite rag or light color rag it will be black, Sanitizing this place should be important especially since your serving food,especially since COVID-19. It smells like it's never seen a day of bleach. Bacteria grows here not good. Lastly they are reallystingy with the meat on the food, my daughter got a nacho and she got mostly plain chips not good. This particular location is actually really good. They are always polite, which is rare in fast food in the area anymore. The... service is quick, despite my lunch break being the same time as everyone else in town. Good always tastes good and is accurate.Only reason I gave 4 ?? vs 5 is because of the transients that are always in the parking lot. At times they get more aggressiveand will chase you down as you leave the drive-thru. Being a woman of a small stature it can be a little scary as you just neverknow. I allow myself purchased lunch twice a month for a little mood booster, I can't afford any more than that, and I keep itunder $5. If I could afford to give them money or at least food I would. Anyway, if Taco Bell & Danny's could maybe split thebill to have a security guard posted up I think it would help deter them from chasing people. Read more
Definitely has improved since the remodel. Morning staff is always great. Evening staff tonight was really helpful. MEXICAN... PIZZAS ARE BACK! They also have a new Brisk flavor that is dragon fruit something and it's delish! Read more
Manager did NOT want to give me the correct change all because his coworker took my receipt and lost it in the process of giving... me correct change normally I wouldn't care but change due back to me was supposed to be like $75 and some cents they were shortabout $40 in change. On top of that didn't want to give me my drinks didn't even want to upgrade them for ALL the inconvenience. Read more
