I ordered the chicken strips and they were overcooked and very dry. When I complained, the manager never apologized. He just... rudely explained that it was not overcooked, but that it has to be cooked a long time to ensure it's done. I asked for my moneyback. He told me that it was the first time anyone ever complained to him . I told him that people don't complain they justnever come back and that's why your restaurant is empty. Lousy service! Swung by to have lunch with a friend, the lady that took the order was rude.
