I went in and asked for 2 Carne asada burritos. I got some kind of steak that didn't taste well. If they don't have the right... meat they should say something before they take your money. I will never use them again. Read more

I ordered the Bacon and Egg Burrito for the first time and it was so delicious and HUGE! I had enough left over for another meal... the next day. I definitely recommend it and will be getting it again! Read more

I ordered the chicken strips and they were overcooked and very dry. When I complained, the manager never apologized. He just... rudely explained that it was not overcooked, but that it has to be cooked a long time to ensure it's done. I asked for my moneyback. He told me that it was the first time anyone ever complained to him . I told him that people don't complain they justnever come back and that's why your restaurant is empty. If you're too proud and not humble enough to take criticism and arerude and unapologetic, your restaurant will fail. How unfortunate. Read more

Lousy service! Swung by to have lunch with a friend, the lady that took the order was rude. Got up to ask for plastic utensils... and the male worker snapped, "JUST WAIT, IM BUSY" I received a glass, a DIRTY ONE WITH RED LIPSTICK ON IT! I showed the workersand manager....no apologies! My meal in which I asked for the eggs separate. I'm not one to usually complain, but when I asked for eggs on the side separate... it appears to have upset the staff. And, when I received my order, my eggs were underneath everything on my plate. I would saythis is very bad customer service. Read more

I?ve been coming to Toms Burgers #30 for a while now because it?s been a better choice than their?let?s say ?Premium? rivals.... However, today would prove not to be the better choice. Here we go with the story.. my brother-in law has never experienced Tomsand I had been raving about how good they are?especially their zucchini fries. So it seemed like an easy decision to make for anight of hunger and anticipation as we entered the drive-thru. When we got home I was very disappointed to see what we got inthe bag. In fact, I was very embarrassed by the lack of effort that was put into our order especially after bragging about howgreat Toms is to my family. The burgers were super soggy and the zucchini fries?.oh the zucchini fries were absolutely terrible.I included a picture with my claim so all can see how terrible it really was because these are not the zucchini fries I?ve ravedabout in the past. I even called Toms to say that not only did we have burnt zucchini fries and soggy burgers but they alsoforgot an order of fries. Normally I wouldn?t be too upset but if you spent $75 on an order of 6 people you may be a bit upsettoo. They said I could come back with the food and the receipt to do a food exchange and pick up the missing fries but I?malready home seated for dinner and honestly?who is going to get up, get back in their car and spend the gas money which is closeto $5 a gallon right now to fix a bad food order? JUST MAKE IT RIGHT TO BEGIN WITH!
