Good food, high quality, good sauces. Way too cold inside the place. Too sterile looking when the entire staff is wearing masks... since the pandemic is much lower now. Locked bathrooms is strange. (You need to get someone to open the door). Too high priced.Nice staff. Read more

My husband and I have placed several orders over the phone with this location (Valley Central Way) and have had multiple issues... with our orders. However, this past time was most upsetting. When I got home I noticed my whole order of boneless wings wasmissing from the bag. (Yes, I guess I should have checked before leaving!) Nevertheless, I called and was told “I rememberputting me in your bag”. This was very upsetting for me because I would not waste my time to call and lie about missingfood. Like I said this wasn’t the first mistake this location made. If you read this and still decide you want wing stop togo please check your bag before you leave so they don’t call you a liar. Read more
Skip this place ! Make your own wings will come out better. Half the order was right went back to to get a refund. On the way... out there was a floor runner Capet in front of the door where the lip was coming up and tripped over it. Save yourself the trip,told them about the carpet and they didn’t seem to care but stand around and talk. Read more
This location lacks leadership and it is reflected on its employees, poor customer service and no attention to detail. Been... here multiple times and each visit had something missing or wrong.
