The only reason I?m giving it 2 starts is because the lady (I can?t remember her name) that takes the orders has wonderful... customer service but that?s where the buck stops! My daughter and I stopped by and ordered 2 XL meals one as a combo and anorder of spring rolls. While on the freeway headed to Rosamond we began eating and that?s when we noticed they didn?t give usany of the veggies. I call them up and and explain everything. The manager then calls back, I then re-explain everything and hersolution is come back in TOMORROW and we?ll give you the veggies! I told her that isn?t fair! One of the biggest parts of themeal is the veggies! This is like going to a breakfast joint and they forget your eggs and say ok come get the eggs tomorrow.???? First of all, what am I going to eat it with? I then asked her can we both combos again on the house? Which to me seemslike a sensible thing I did just spend $35 with you for a main part of my meal to not be there! She then offers a discount. I ama loyal Yoshinoya fan but I won?t step foot into this particular restaurant again! It not that a mistake was made, I get humanerror but at least be fair about trying to correct the mistake. Put yourself in the customers shoes. Think about theinconvenience this has caused! Also, Even if we could have made it back tonight gas is sky high why couldn?t you just make ourorder right the next day??? How hard would that have been? The customers service was not good, you had to repeat things multiple times, most importantly there wasn't enough sauce so you... were eating nothing but dry rice and chicken,the beef was bland.The price was not worth the quality I received, you have to payextra for the beef.This is my last visit to this particular yoshinoya. Horrible! Ordered via Grubhub, kinda wished I'd gone. Even seeing the food after it arrived I knew it'd probably be bad. I... didn't even finish half the Chicken Teriyaki bowl before I was in the bathroom with diarrhea! My friend got the Orange Chickenand he didn't fair any better. Thankfully I had Pepto that we could both use but even an hour later my stomach is still upset!Don't eat here unless you are trying to loose your food and taste overly processed food at the same time. I always love going to Yoshinoya for lunch. Their beef bowls I cannot recommend enough, worth the extra charge. Veronica was... very helpful and enhanced my overall experience. Lovely customer service and atmosphere. There?s also a boba place opening nextdoor soon, so I will definitely be coming back more often! Read more
Friendly and helpful staff. Veronica was the employee at the register and she made sure i got everything I wanted. Ordered 6... teriyaki chicken bowls with 2 orders of spring rolls and received it all promptly. High quality chicken and rice. Good but not great. Friendly staff. Clean facility. Food was "ok". Orange chicken is mildly spicy and teriyaki chicken has a... good sweet flavor. Large bowl comes with a lot of rice to fill the container up. Not sure if that's a good thing. I explainedthis was my first visit and the cashier was happy to answer a few questions about the menu. Price is a few dollars more thenexpected, but with coupons through the mail and their app I was able to feed my family of 3 for 10 dollars. I'll be back but notanytime soon. Read more
