Man I have been to many different McDonalds and I even worked at one for 4 years and this was probably one of the worst... experiences I?ve ever had. My husband?s sandwich was thrown in the bag and the lettuce and mayo were everywhere. Mysister-in-law went to grab her order as hers was up before ours and she said something and they didn?t fix it at all. Typical McDonald?s. My main reason for 2 stars is all the flys inside. There were dead flys all over the floor, some even in a... pile that was not swept up. Definitely possible to fix this. Read more
No costumer service First off I totally got the wrong order when I took it back to the counter to get it replaced I stood there... for over 20 mins waiting for someone to help. 3 or 4 employees just looked at me and gave me a not my problem look and the twowomen running orders just ran out slammed down trays of food yelled out orders and walked away it took me raising my voice tofinally get help. My buddy Tony offered to take my daughter and I to McDonald's. We were a little disappointed when the dining room door was... locked for covid..but understandable. I became quite annoyed when I ordered a frozen coke and the "machine was out of service"as always...Then Tony wanted a lemonade which had been discontinued and replaced with coke zero.. that annoyed Tony... Foods great. It is. But every time i order from ANY McDonald's they always forget my cheese. Charge me for cheese and never puts... it on. In not lactose intolerant, i like cheese hence the order of cheese. Read more
I don?t think we will visit this McDonald?s again. We waited in the drive thru for so long and barely moved so we went in to the... restroom and to order inside. The women?s restroom could have definitely used some TLC. We ordered quickly after getting to theregister but still had quite a wait and a female employee was loudly cussing in conversation to another employee while my childand I were waiting. It was a very odd experience. Someone told us about a guy that pulled up to wait on the drive thru order andthe workers forgot about him. We only visit this place because of proximity to a destination, not for great service or greatfood. Read more
The McDonalds in Springfield as well as the ones in Danville Lexington and Stanford are working people that are heckling me and... messing with my food when I go through the drive through because of some chic or whatever all I know is I paid for my food inSpringfield the punk at the window handed me my drink and told me to have a good day when I told him I ordered chickensandwiches he told me to have a good day so to not cause anymore issue than already was at hand I left without the food I PAIDFOR AND DID NOT GET So now I'll get me a lawyer they straight up stold from me.
