So this is a hit or miss on this one. Some days the staff are very nice and outgoing and attentive and there are other days that... the staff hate their job and they tend to make you question why you even pulled into the drive thru in the first place. I sat inthe driveway at the window for 10 minutes one day after ordering my coffee while they took a few orders in the lobby. They had3 people working and I had to wait. They would look at me an continue to talk but not address me . So most of the time I avoidit and go to Whitefield. Read more
The staff couldn't have been more friendly. I didn't really have a weight beyond 3 to 5 minutes and they were so apologetic that... I had to wait. Overall, service and staff were top notch. Read more

We were walking becuz our motorcycle was being serviced about 2miles down the road. We walked in just to get a coffee and was... told that if we didn't order on the app, we'd have to use the drive-thru. We just wanted 2 coffee's! So, we walked thru the"drive-thru" and then went inside to drink them... i don't what yall think of that? But to me... it really wasn't necessary...short of staff or not! And they told 2 elderly women the same thing and they just want hot tea! A no brainer! Read more
Was a good experience when coming to this Dunkin location. The workers seemed professional and my order was served to me quick.
Went inside, was told that I had to go through the drive through to order and that inside was for online pickups only. They had... three people working and zero signage to indicate that the inside was pickup only. We tried the drive though but we?re givenhot instead of iced coffees. Pls pay your employees more so they will care and so you can get more folks to work here and havethe inside open Read more
Hands down the worst dunkin experience I've ever had. Ordered 2 cake batter iced coffees and 2 bacon, egg, and cheese breakfast... sandwiches. Get to the window and the lady hands out one bag and says have a great day and closes the window. The bag had adonut that I didn't even order. Sat there for a few minutes when she finally realized we were still at the window. She opens thewindow and we tell her we were suppose to have 2 coffees and 2 breakfast sandwiches. She finally tells us the total and we pay.She opens the window and hands out a bag with one breakfast sandwich and tells us the coffees will be ready in a moment. Anotherlady brings the coffees and tells us to have a great day. We tell her we were suppose to have another breakfast sandwich. Wefinally get it. They didn't give us any napkins or straws. Horrible experience all the way around, especially considering wewere the only people in the drive thru and I seen at least 3 different people working inside. Read more
We ordered Croissant breakfast sandwiches yesterday morning. When we were handed the 2 I opened to pass back to my two kiddos.... They were not Croissants they were English muffin sandwiches. The woman (sorry I didn't get her name) kindly said hang on oneminute ...cooked up fresh what we had ordered on croissants and corrected the order. She told us to give, eat, or throw theother ones away. We appreciated her correcting the order so quickly and kindly. Our boys were happy to have their Croissantsandwiches. :) so thank you! Read more
