3 times to get my sandwich right..... NO CHEESE!!!! If that wasn't bad enough the window girl got an attitude saying I wanted... cheese, first of all if I wanted cheese I would have kept the first sandwich, second it was not even busy.... I mean, it's McDonalds. I went for nuggs and fries. Fries were great, nuggs were really dry. I almost choked on them driving... down Rt 2 in VT, where I realized "THIS is why you shouldn't eat in the car. Choking and then getting into an accident, andhoping it's not the choking that kills you." So, don't eat in the car. Also, you'll blow McDonald's mind if you ask forunsalted fries or a seltzer water (they say they don't have it, but it's just soda before it's mixed with syrup.) Read more
The two McDonald's I do go to , unfortunately one McDonald's some of the employees are not business people. They do not greet... you nicely. The other McDonald's alot of times their food is cold. The people are nicer there, that's a plus. I pay for hotfood, let them eat it, and see if they like it Read more
Lately McDonald's has dropped the ball...not very happy with the service and food...can't go wrong with the coffee...I will... take McDonald's over DD every time. Just wish they had coffee available 24/7..coffee drive thru..going thru late night or earlymorning. Breakfast Biscuits are always hard around the entire biscuit...alot of stepping up needs to happen if I am going toreturn..I will for coffee only. Read more
Rather flavorless fries. Also I was told one price at the drive thru order sign and a higher price at the window. I had to... firmly inform the employee the price on the board after he argued with me and I received no explanation for his screw up. Read more
We visited this McDonald?s today in Lancaster New Hampshire at 4:45 PM. We had to order via the kiosk only. There was no counter... help. After plqcing our order for medium coffee and medium shamrock shake and large french fries for $11 it took 30 minutesbefore it was even ready!! We stood there waiting and waiting. The restaurant was filthy. They begin asking us if this was ourorder (brought one item at a time) as they placed a Shamrock shake on the counter. It was slowing beginning to melt as we waitedfor the coffee and large fries. The LARGE fries were not even 1/2 full for $3.99. When we asked if this was a large fly whowould answered with ?that?s what you ordered? and they walked away. The shamrock shake was now half melted. It was like drinkinga melted store brand of mint chocolate ice cream, very disgusting ????. I ended up throwing that away. What a waste of another$3.99. This must be the worst McDonald?s in New England. I couldn?t even get the attention of a staff worker never mind amanager. I don?t think I will ever go back to this location in Lancaster New Hampshire. Read more

Went to this store today with my three little girls and it was such a nice place. Didn't have to wait long as we walked in and... used the kiosk to order our own food which would ensure that we didn't mess up our order plus it helped the cashier free up timefor other customers. We place our order and sat down and they brought our food to us. They were very kind people and they madeour visit feel welcomed. The place was clean and most definitely kid friendly. Felt nice to sit down with the kiddos and eat andnot worry about bugging people. Read more
