Ordered online at 6:15 got a text saying my food was going to be ready at 6:30, ok great. Get a call not 5 minutes later saying... they have no bread. So I said ok, we?ll what do you suggest, we?ll you can wait until the bread is cooled off, I said well Idon?t mind if you use warm bread, as we would like it toasted anyway. He/she begins to tell me that I need to wait because theyare not going to risk burning themself just so I can eat a sandwich?. As a person who works in customer service I was baffledby the remark & the rudeness that I had received with my experience tonight. 1. I would not recommend ordering online. 2. I knowit?s hard to find good employees but didn?t your parents teach you to have a little respect!?? and to add, I asked to berefunded and they charged me twice? Read more
The place was a mess and the employees were exceptionally slow and disengaged. The quality of the end product was well below... acceptable. It takes a lot for me to feel like I need to write a bad review so that into consideration as you make your choiceeat here. Read more
Employees are great, not had any problems with the Employees BUT there is a problem with Management (bad Management) she is... unfair to her Employees & has been known to talk badly about her Employees (which is not cool & Management should NOT be talkingabout other Employees to another employer) I would HIGHLY recommend a district manager to come in & access the Manager there. Lack of unprofessionalism, conflict and drama in front of guest.. uncomfortable setting when the employees are fighting back and... forth in front of guests who are just trying to get food and get out. Leave conflict out and away from guest! Would rate a zerostar if possible. Read more

Subway is convenient and is easy and caters to your individual needs but I don't go there often because it is processed foods...... I don't believe what they say on the website because if you go into the store they have no clue about half for the sandwichesthey advertise. Read more
Can definitely get a pretty good sandwich here, but they seem to be getting rid of the better $5 footlong specials. I tried... using their rewards card but honestly the trouble wasn't worth it given the cards now have to be registered. I find myselfstopping less and less over time. Read more
