My husband and I just had lunch at Scoobs today. His Potroast sandwich was very good. But I had a Chef salad and I had to take... out several lettuce leaves because they were wilted . I did tell the waitress and she offered to bring more lettuce which Ideclined. I just think that it was a poor job on behalf of the kitchen to serve this especially at 6.99 for a salad that had notmuch more than lettuce, shredded carrots, chick peas and a few cucumbers. This is the best fish fry I've ever had! I order the half portion, which is the size of most places regular size!! The beer... batter is perfect! Crispy outside and no "raw" batter - just crispy goodness! And the fish itself is so thick, meaty and white!Honestly, they have a huge menu, never had anything I didn't love.
