This place was amazing! They gave me a 4 piece mozzarella stick instead of the 6 I ordered and since I live out of town I... couldn't just go back to fix it. I emailed the address on the receipt and they responded very fast. No problem stop and get your6 piece. I was town today so I stopped through the drive thru no issues, they were so nice and walked them out to me so I didn'thave to wait in the line. You dnt find costumer service like this. You should check your order when making a special request. Your receipt maybe accurate but contents could be wrong. ... Unfortunately this is occurring with enough frequency I hesitate to dine here. I've waited over 10 minutes to get through drivethrough so don't expect a quick meal. Usually fries are hot and well prepared. But I'm unsure the food is worth the price ofwaiting and the frustration of wrong orders. There's work needed to make this a good store. Read more
Food Flavor is great. Location has issues. Experienced workers were tired. They were verbally arguing loudly as we got in and... continued for 3 mins. Witnessed experienced employee handling raw food with bare hands. Later a new employee was handling samefood with tongs. Prep girl was filled with attitude and my sandwich was slapped together and has her finger marks in it...ifinished spreading my fillings out and had a decent meal. I rarely eat fast food but occasionally especially on the run I eat out to Nourish the body I've always was intrigued by we... have the meats commercials so I said let's try Arby's because I'm from newyork and Arby's is the least fast food restaurant inBrooklyn that rarely exists ..so I went with my family and was impressed by the gyro sandwich in which if you know about gyrosnot everyone can make a good or great gyro but Arby's didn't disappoint the gyro was pretty good but they do need a kids menu orArby's is basically a man's to meat experience...but overall I'm satisfied with the food.
