I just stopped into this location with my son in the car and the service I received was unacceptable. Upon entering the drive... through and after taking my order they asked that I pull around to window#1. I gave the worker my card, and she held onto it foraround 3 minutes before she ran it. No problem, but I asked for my receipt and she stated it would be at window 2 with the food.I pull forward and get my food, upon asking for my receipt the employee stated that he couldn't provide me a receipt. I pressedforward requesting it and he stated numerous times that there was no way to provide me a receipt. He then pulled a receipt offthe printer above the fry area and crumbled it up and threw it in the trash. I questioned if that was my receipt and he mumbledsomething before he then swore at me. I pulled around to the front of the store and called requesting to speak with the manager,it was the same employee that was incredibly rude and again stated that there was no way to provide me a receipt. I asked whohis boss was and he said Alison but couldn't provide me information as to how to get ahold of her. He then hung up on me. Icalled back and again requested information on who to contact to get a receipt, to no avail I then called the Memorial drivelocation and spoke with the manager there who provided me with their parent company information. The fact that I was notprovided a receipt and then talked down to for requesting it has completely turned me off of your restaurants. I understand howstressful and hard your employees work, however I am extremely dissatisfied and will be filling a complaint with the betterbusiness bureau as well as leaving a review on all platforms. Food was good staff friendly... the bath rooms could be a little cleaner but over all nice
I was on my lunch break. Pulled up to the drive thru speaker and was told to wait. After a while another vehicle pulled in to... the other speaker and they took his order immediately. It's first come first serve. It's like if you were standing in lineinside and they took the order of the person behind you first and told you to wait. Very rude. Don't think I'll be returning. This Burger King has come a LONG way from how they were 2-3 years ago. Never gets my order wrong when I order online!
I hope I got the correct one , it was our way back to McConnellsville, on rt 22. I was craving a whopper meal, wife and mother... behind in another car. We got our food, pulled over down the road, old Harts to eat, about a mile. My whopper was so cold itmust have been prepared an hour ago, wife couldn't eat more than 3 bites of her chicken sandwich, mother, said worst she everhas. Only good was the fries they were hot, for a $10 meal each , fries were good, I will never stop at this franchise again. Read more
Our specially ordered $5 meals were absolutely perfect. The cashier was a very polite and funny man who actually wish me a happy... mother's Day kind of really made my day. Read more
They NEVER have shakes at night, they always claim its "down" when in reality they just shut it off so they dont have to clean... it, and that's what an employee told me. Also, they food is old, not fresh, sandwiches are just thrown together, fries andnuggets are cold or stale like they've been sitting a while. Not happy with the service, always have to wait for the food andthey never put condiments in the bag, you always have to ask for them afterwards- even if you tell them you want it when youorder. Every time I pull up after work there are employees sitting outside smoking by the front door, they go in when they seeyou pull up. I dont like being lied to, and I dont like the attitude.. Read more
