Took them 5 minutes to acknowledge us and then they were not friendly. The food was old had been sitting for a while. Rhe... tables and floor were all dirty. We were the only ones here and there were enough staff here to at least keep up on this. Read more
Well on October 19th of 2022 I visit this restaurant. Once again like any other fast food restaurant in Lancaster Ohio messed up... the order didn't give me the jalapeno poppers. So I drove all the way home till I realize when I got home to eat my dinner withmy 12-year-old kid that half my food was missing. So I called this Burger King they asked for the manager. Manager shawn I toldhim I would come back and get my jalapeno poppers that they forgot. He said ask for him personally. I did that guess what he wastied up on the telephone or something he did not want to talk to me face to face. I once again do not recommend this fast foodshop because this is a new manager and I believe this is number 12 maybe 15 within the last 2 years that has operated andmanaged this restaurant the food is below edible and it's just if the service is not there why should you go there. Once againit felt like I was inconvenience in them by ordering my food through drive through. So once you start feeling that you areinconveniencing a business because you're trying to do business with that business don't go back right right I do not recommendthis restaurant at all because of the service of the general manager and the quality of the food is below par and there's nobodythat cares how you feel when your food is all messed up. Typically a very good place for a meal. Sometimes drive thru is congested. The lanes are a little tight to turn into. The... facilities appear to be well maintained. And the folks here usually do a great job and treat you right. Read more
Went through the drive through today. Got bacon king meals. Absolutely the worst sandwich I have ever eaten. Threw half of it... away. Almost $32 for 3 meals. Rediculous! Read more
Getting better. Stopped going here for a long time because it got nasty. Just started going back recently because of the new... management. Wasn't bad, but they were being sneaky and not wearing their masks and that makes me uncomfortable given the currentsituation. Food tasted better, but I still feel the buns aren't completely fresh.
