I don?t live in Lancaster, I actually live a hour away. Everytime I?m in the area I ALWAYS go to this location. It is sooo good!... Like chipotle in 2008 good! If every chipotle was like this I would eat it all the time. Fresh, tasty, and decent portions. Theymight not have the gigantic portions of yesterday year but this is hands down the best chipotle around in 2022 in central Ohio! Read more

It?s disappointing to wait 20 minutes past your pickup time for your order when going through the line is only taking people... 5-10 minutes. When I finally got to the park to eat my food I had missing ingredients and my bowl was literally half empty.I?ve had these same issues at this location several times. I can understand a mistake once in a while, but my last 3 visitshave been this way. I?ll upload a picture of what $10.60 got me with my last pickup order. The prices on the burritos went up & I paid $7.15 for this burrito. They also couldn't add cheese because it wasn't at the... correct temperature. The rice was undercooked and very hard when I was attempting to chew it. I feel the burrito was veryunproportioned. I keep giving this location chance after chance. My mistake. I would not recommend ordering on line here. I have tried FIVE... times and not once was our food ready (or even close) at the expected time. Tonight I chose 6:45 to pick up and was given myfood at 7:14. They had numerous people waiting for online orders. I watched the line move through and would have been betteroff time wise being in line. You can expect a line here most of the time. Always great food & they know how to wrap up a good burrito. ???? This place always seems to hire the friendliest people.... Everyone is always smiling, nice, & helpful. I believe, David the manager, does a great job at keeping this location in tip-topshape. Definitely one of the better Chipotles I've had the pleasure of visiting. Read more
