Tried to order a Jimmy John sub on line at lunch today. Got to window and the store never got the order. The guy and 2 ladies... were very nice about it and said it might have not printed out yet, so we drove around and got back in line. It's always thesesame 3 people working, they are always slammed with orders, and always very polite and helpful! They made my sandwich anyway andI thanked them profusely (it was delicious). Every time I try to get the simplest thing from here they are always out. How are you out of white bread and ham?! Inconsistent... and annoying. Never had this issue at any other chain. Just this location. Read more

Made an online order and when I tried to pick up after 30 min and a debit card withdrawal, called the store because the doors... were locked and the drive thru was nonresponsive. At 7pm. On a Friday. Before I could complete my sentence I was interrupted bythe very rude manager and told there was only one driver. When I informed her we made an online order she said she didnt dealwith the computers and told us good luck getting our food before hanging up on us. Yeah, no thanks. If that's theprofessionalism a manager outwardly shows the customers, I shudder to think what unhygenic things are happening behind lockeddoors. Read more
You changed your hours from 9 that is still posted online, to 8pm-posted on your window...found that out months ago when drove... in to get subs...you were closed. Tonight, drove from Bremen to Lancaster to get food, Saturday night...7:30pm. Lights still on,on menu to order. No response. Crickets. Nothing posted. Drive up to window. NOTHING POSTED. Store dark. Call ph# listed onsite...just rings, cannot leave a message. So leaving on here, on reviews. Wish I could charge you for the gas it costs me toget here, it's expensive these days. Won't be back.
