Ordering via the app / online commonly misrepresents your pick up time by an hour or so. They almost never have hot n ready... offerings actually ready. It's the only Little Caesars I know if where it's almost always an hour wait to get a pepperoni pizza.They also randomly lock the front doors and only operate the drive thru with is fun when your ordered sometime for the pizzalocker specifically so you wouldn't have to wait twenty minutes in the drive thru. It's really a shame they're the only locationin town because it's be day the worse run and stuff Little Caesars I've ever been to. Read more
Dakota konkler gave me the rudest situation I've ever had here. Eye rolling and laughing while I was asking about how long it... would take. Would not give me an actual boss to talk to and yelled at me when I had any concern. Then made fun of me forwondering about the wait time full voice while she was cutting a pizza. And still won't give me her bosses contact info. Sheeven harassed me for looking at the food being cut. I was accused of taking pictures, but I was on the phone with one of herpast coworkers asking how to handle this. I have no choice but to eat this. Considering my ability to get food and with her nearby after the show she performed...10/10 worst customer service with this one employee. I didn't get any food because although you're supposed to be able to get a hot and ready pizza, the cashier told me that I would... have to wait " at least 40 min" on any pizza ordered. Who has time for that? My guess is since when you call, they have arecording saying that they aren't answering the phone because they are busy making pizza, that they don't have enough peopleworking. If I could have rated this zero stars I would have. I understand this location is pretty busy, so I went ahead and placed an... online order 25 minutes before leaving the house. I get there and I?m told it?s another 25 minutes. For a pizza that?s supposedto be hot and ready that takes 6 minutes to get through an oven. On top of that the workers are so rude. Read more
Avoid!!!! They send for dasher delivery drivers and we show up and they always say the same thing, "Uhhh we haven't even made... that yet!" So, we have to ruin our ratings by unassigning the order to not wait their quoted "45 minutes" for one pepperonipizza and decline any other offers that they lie and send for drivers to come pick up! Went in there manger told me it would be 10 ok I wait 10 mins for another employee to tell me it will be another 10 . Manger... comes around the corner to tell me he was doing other stuff instead of making the pizzas. Pizzas were not cut all the way andcrazy bread not cooked fully . Ordered 3 regular pizzas and waited for over an hour. The lobby was freezing. Staff was goofing around in back, touching their... faces, scratching their beard and handling the food. They lost track of my order and when I did received it, it wasn't hotanymore. Never again will I return. Very unprofessional all around. Read more
