Lancaster location- Betty is absolutely AMAZING!!! The first time we called her for a large cookie order she didn?t even... hesitate and filled the order with a smile. I then called back the same day and had her fill an even bigger order and she onceagain didn?t hesitate to get that order filled. Wow just wow. This was the best tasting and service at a Panera I have ever had. For real the team that served me lunch at 225... Aug 11 was a really good team. Whoever was cooking that day goodness gracious there was some soul in that food. I didn't seetrash laying around either except for the stuff on my table. Read more
The service and food quality vary each time we go in. I look for consistency in my food. You don't always get a warm greeting... when you come in. Usually have to clean your own table. I think 3 stars might be pushing the realms. Try it for yourself andmake your own conclusions. Read more
May be one of the dirtiest restaurants I've been to. Tables had trash on them, the floor was gross and the back of my son's seat... was covered in food. We love Panera but this location has gradually gotten dirtier. We don't even come anymore but tonight Ithought I'd give it another try and it was terrible. The food also isn't as good and the waits are so long. I can get past thewait time if my food is good. That's just not the case here, I waited 22 minutes for Mac n cheese that was cold when I got it.Was not worth the $30 (a pick 2 and a kids meal with drinks) for my 3 year old and I to eat. Read more

I find the panera menu to be a bit confusing. I also found the staff to be less than helpful when I had questions about the... menu. There are plenty of other choices for a lunch date. Read more
