I was impressed the other day I got a really fresh and hot pizza and they made it perfect! I might have to quit christys.
I think I should atleast get asked if it's ok for my delivery to take a extra hour. Or maybe give me a free carry out pizza.... Been like this the last 3 times I have ordered delivery. Update my pizza never showed up and I went to see why and no one isthere and left without delivery. Must be nice. I will be in tomorrow to make sure I'm compensated. Thanks for no food for ourfamily. Papa John?s online order thru app failed, redirecting order to a store in another state. Both my local store and Customer Care... acknowledged error but neither was willing to help other than adding a separate order and recharging me. I was not willing topay double and decided to go to a competitor and subsequently delete Papa John app. Although an order was placed, I neverreceived a confirmation, but did receive the credit card expense (less use of Papa bucks on this order). Ultimately receivednothing for the expense. Read more
Never liked it. Terrible place to have worked. Bad pizza. Hard for me to even say "bad pizza" I mean how can you screw up... something so good??? Just ask the Papa! Read more
Papa John's staff is Awesome! Very friendly and always greet me when I walk in the door. Definitely recommend them.
We ordered 2 pizza's and a cookie. They were short on drivers so THEY called door dash. After almost 2 hours we called to see... where our food was and they asked us to wait 10 more minutes. We waited 15 and called back. They offered to replace the order.They quickly sent the food out but it was still over 2 hours total wait time. The food showed up but no cookie. When I calledback I was told they could only replace the pizza. Any other food isn't covered because they gave our order to a driver. Theycan only quality cover the pizza, not wings, cookie's,or anything else, even though they used door dash not us. The cookie wasover $7 and we gave an $8 tip. We will not order again from Pappa John's again! Read more
Great pizza & price! Only wish the garlic butter sauce wouldn't leak while it was in the oven staying warm until eaten.
