I visited this location 3 times in a week. Every time I was disappointed by old soggy cold fries, a pair of old patties they... probably cooked up more than 30m ago, and no ice for my drink. The employees were all very loud and proud about smoking weed inthe bathroom, and they always have someone outside smoking with the window open, ensuring all those fumes come into thebuilding. I always forget how much I love the burgers here till I have one again. What is inspiring the review though is the way we placed... the order. It was like an AI robot. Although I'm not about replacing jobs with AI and new tech, it definitely was a completelydifferent experience. Not sure what all fast food chains are doing this now but it was quite interesting. Love the fries and sandwiches! Would have been been nice if they would have said they were out of ranch dressing for their... loaded fries. Waited half an hour for food, got someone else?s order. Got order replaced, wrong again and cold, employee wanted to complain... rather than make it right and said it was right despite it being cold and having pickles on it when it wasn?t suppose to. Went through the drive thru for an early dinner. And honestly couldn't have been happier with the service I received. There was... no real wait, the food was fresh and hot and just the way I ordered it. The younger gentleman that was running the front takingorders and cashing them out was everything you could hope for in a cashier. He wore the biggest smile and had the greatestattitude, I feel like he truly enjoys his job. It's people like this that will either make or break a place. Worst chicken sandwich I?ve ever had in my entire life. The bun and the meat were both ROCK HARD, I asked for ranch and got... nothing in the bag, and my funnel fries were barely filled.
