This is by far one of my favorite Red Lobster Locations it's located in Lancaster, Ohio near the Rivervalley Mall. The staff are... very friendly & helpful. The young gentleman named Sam I believe who took our order was extremely polite, friendly and helpful.He took his time, he was very patient, came back to check on the correctness of our order, he also came back to if we neededanything else or refills. The young lady who was the hostess was extremely friendly. She gave my 7 year old daughter a coloringpage for a coloring contest that was going on. The ladies bathroom was spotless just beautiful. The restaurant itself wasimmaculate. It has a large parking lot with handicap accessible parking. The restrooms are also large & handicap accessible. Therestaurant is large. The food is absolutely Delicious at this location. Expect to spend more money than normal but it is RedLobster one of the best seafood restaurants around. Always order the main Lobster & shrimp scampi and the salmon is deliciousalso. I would recommend this location to anyone. Not far from the intersection & traffic lights. Read more

We were greeted with friendly service shortly after stepping in. The restaurant smelled wonderful! Once seated our server took... our drink order immediately and brought it with fresh warm garlic cheese rolls! We enjoyed how she checked on us at just theright times and had light friendly conversation. We ordered the dinner date feast for two. Wow! Totally worth it. The 7ozsirloin steaks were cooked perfectly. The mouth watering lobster tail was melt in your mouth heavenly. The shrimp kabobs werealmost to much but so good you couldn't stop eating. I'm not normally a macaroni and cheese kind of person, however, thiscreamy cheese noodle contraption was topped with bacon, making it hard to resist! We also got to pick an extra side of ourchoice. I ordered a side salad with blue cheese. My husband picked mashed potatoes. Though the salad was extremely small itseemed to be just the right amount, as not to spoil my supper. Overall, Red Lobster is extremely pricey. But if you're lookingfor a romantic and delicious experience then I highly recommend this place! Although the server was pleasant, the fish and chips were awful. The first one i received was raw and greasy. The fix they... brought me was worse greasy than the first. I ate about half and wasn't offered a comp. Stay away Update. After seeing theposting, the manager at Red Lobster sent me to corporate. They took my complaint and provided me with an egift card to RedLobster for my meal. I wish it had never gone this far and really just wanted a refund versus going to eat there again.
