Used the pull in, went to order but they were so much we had to re-decide. Ordered again got food had issue paying. Super RUDE... young man... like he clearly shouldn't be in a customer service type job. Watched how he was with several customers... I get itshard to find help but having rude help causes a loss in customers which means no need for help at all... the pretzel twistthings seemed microwaved NO salt on them and chewier than they should've been (like over microwaved) no maraschino cherries inthe limeades... did they stop doing that?!?!? Got a chicken wrap... yes I know, burger place chicken wrap why? Looked good on the menu. First three bites were great, but for... some reason all three tomatoes were stacked together in the last quarter of the wrap. Went tonight and got there at 10:30, so 30 minutes before close. All I wanted was a milkshake. I sat at the speaker until 10:48... and that's when they decided to tell me that they're closed. I sat there for so long. Why is thr store being closed earlier thansupposed to be? It would've have taken that long to fulfill my order if they would've have taken it. All the food items looked fine , there weren't any complaints from the family.. However I am only able to have an unsweetened... tea with sugar free flavors and the real fruit add ins. Today I ordered my usual bc its at least something I can have, and Irealize that this is kinda petty but it's like the 90 calories I can have.. it probably only matters to me that I ordered anunsweetened tea w sugar free syrup and 2 add in strawberry ????.. I got sweet tea 1st time and I wouldn't know the amount ofstrawberry in that one but the "correct " one had traces of strawberry.. In the same week we visited this location 3 times and all 3 times it was the same. Sat at the pull up bays and tried to order... and no one EVER answered. Then proceeded to the drive thru and shockingly no one answered there either. First 2 times I pulledoff but the last time pulled up to the window to order. Explained to the gentleman at the window that we?d been trying to orderand no one bothered taking it. He apologized and said they were really short staffed. I?ve worked fast food before so I get it.However, when you can visually see at least 8 people literally just standing around, most of them on their phones or goofing offit REALLY starts to become a problem!!! Management needs to get this under control (unless they have ZERO idea this is evengoing on) before this location gets so bad that they decide to close it. Read more
I was very disappointed. I downloaded the app and added a payment method. However; the app would not take the payment even after... several tries, including restarting my phone. They would not honor half -price at the window which I told them that was fine. Myslushy was cold, but hardly any slush to it all all. Pretty much a cold flavored drink. Read more
Just visited on June 17th for lunch. The food came out super fast. My sandwich was cold along with the bacon on it. It went in... the trash. The other meal was a jumbo popcorn chicken. It was cold I think the chicken was still alive. I heard faint cluckingcoming from the bag. Those were also fed to the trash bandits. The only thing that was not screwed up was the lemonade and thesprite plus the mozzarella sticks were hot. That was the only food that was. I forgot the BBQ sauce packet and the marinarapacket was perfect. The next I want to waste 21.45 I will just put it in my gas tank. Thank for the horrible food SONIC keep upthe good work. Read more
Every time (only been 3x within 1month) I go here the food seems to be slapped together with no care that someone pays for the... food or even has to eat it. Instead of coming to the store a losing my s*** I?ll just leave this and NEVER come back. How in theworld can you mess up a dam grilled cheese. Not giving a care at all. Read more
